Ni Fan, Professor at the Conducting Department at the China Conservatory of Music and faculty member at the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin, also holds a visiting scholar position at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She has gained recognition as the resident conductor of both the Shaanxi Symphony Orchestra and the China Youth Philharmonic Orchestra.

Ni Fan conducted three operas co-produced by Deutsche Oper Berlin and Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin, earning widespread acclaim. In the same year, she served as the music director for the Neue Musik Forum and later conducted a successful chamber music concert with the German Radio Philharmonic Orchestra Saarbrücken. Additionally, Ni Fan's performances include collaborations with renowned orchestras such as the Berlin Concert Hall Orchestra, Hamburg Symphony Orchestra, Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra, AKAMUS Berlin, Saxon Brass Philharmonic, Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, China National Symphony Orchestra, National Ballet of China Symphony Orchestra, China Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, among others. She has also collaborated with accomplished soloists, including Xiaogang Ye, Bin Huang, Siqing Lv, Weiling Xu, Mengla Huang, Zhijiong Wang, Bixia Wu, Haoyin Xue, Li Lao, and many more. Ni Fan has conducted numerous world premieres, earning acclaim from composers.
